Step 1: Convert to binary

Byte3 = 62 → 0110 0010

Byte4 = 01 → 0000 0001

Byte5 = 13 → 0001 0011

Byte6 = 01 → 0000 0001

Step 2: Build SPN

(The 3 most significant bits of the byte5) + Byte4 + Byte3

= 000 + 0000 0001 + 0110 0010

= Binary 000 0000 0001 0110 0010 → Decimal = 354

Step 3: FMI

The 5 least significant bits of the Byte5 = 10011 = 19

Step 4: CM

The most significant bit of the Byte6 = 0
